Delivery Information
At cheapcardmachines, we aim to dispatch all orders as efficiently as possible. Our typical delivery timeframe is 2–3 working days from the point at which your order has been processed and payment has been confirmed.
However, during periods of high demand, delivery may take up to 5–7 working days. In addition, certain products require MID (Merchant ID) approval prior to dispatch. This applies to some terminals, including the Shift4 and Teya devices. Where MID approval is required, delivery times will depend on the completion of the underwriting and approval process.
Please note that orders are only processed once payment has been successfully received and cleared. If you are paying by bank transfer, this may take up to three working days to appear in our account.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by SMS and email, allowing you to monitor your parcel and follow its progress through to delivery.
Changing Your Delivery Address
If you need to amend your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@paymentsworld.co.uk. We will advise whether the requested change can be made before dispatch.
If a delivery attempt has already been made, you may be able to contact the courier directly using your tracking reference to request updated delivery instructions or redirection, subject to the carrier’s policies.
Checking Your Shipping Status
Once you have received your tracking confirmation email, you can review the status of your delivery via the courier’s website. Tracking updates will provide details of your parcel’s current location and estimated delivery timeframe.
In some cases, parcels may be delivered to a local access point or collection location if the courier is unable to complete delivery at the original address. It is important to check the tracking information carefully to confirm the parcel’s location.
If your order has been delivered to an access point, please ensure it is collected within the timeframe specified by the courier. Uncollected parcels are typically returned to us.
If your parcel appears delayed or lost, we recommend contacting the courier directly in the first instance, quoting your tracking number.
Card Reader Invoice
Following confirmation of your purchase, your card reader invoice will be sent to the email address provided at the time of order.
If you require an additional copy of your invoice, please contact us at info@paymentsworld.co.uk and we will be pleased to provide a PDF copy.
