You may be required to provide identification documents, proof of address and proof of business banking. Approval timescales may vary depending on the provider and the information supplied.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Free card machine offers may be subject to minimum transaction levels, contractual terms or provider specific conditions. Transaction fees, chargeback fees or other processing costs will be outlined in your merchant agreement with the payment provider.

It is your responsibility to review all provider documentation before entering into any agreement.

6. Equipment

Where card machines are supplied, ownership, warranty and replacement terms will depend on whether the device is provided free of charge, rented or purchased outright.

You are responsible for maintaining the equipment in accordance with the provider’s guidelines and for reporting faults promptly.
