After purchasing your device, you will need to create or log in to a Square account in order to activate payment processing. As part of the onboarding process, you will be required to submit basic business information and complete identity verification in line with UK financial regulations.
Once your account is approved, you can begin accepting payments through the Square app straight away. Transaction fees are applied per payment, with pricing determined by Square’s current rate structure.
